Soap Production Line

Our soap production line consist of 8 different lines for different kinds of soap size and production volume.

These lines completes all kinds of soap productions including large size premium soap, medium size soaps for hospitality and premium, small size or tiny soaps for different needes.

The lines also capable from small batch productions as well as large volume fast production.

Combines all these machinery in our soap lines, we almost can produce any kind of soap in any size and flexiblity in ordding quantity.

The most important part for this line is speed, which ensure our delivery schedules for complete the order for our customer in a precise time frame.

Cosmetics Production Line

As important as our other lines. Our cosmetics production lines custom built for our business needs with GMP requirment and is certificated. This line bring us to another level, as the complete hospitality line can be manufactured in house to avoid any containmination, and the quality of the whole products can be assured.

This line also consist different size of mixer and filling equipment.

As to cope with our expanding demand for tubes packaging, we also added automatic tube filling line on top which can handling large volume of tube production volume.

Soft Tube Production Line

We have Full Tube production line:

1) Tube Extrusion and Head forming

The extrusion line covert raw material into tubes then mould the head of tube for specific cap application

2) Printing

We own sophisticated tube printing lines, with ultra high capacity  

and high end quality printing on tubes. Mutiple colors including UV printing in simple format or complicated printing structure.       

This is one of our strong part in production due to our cosmetics part of business.

Plastic Injection and moulding line

In hospitality business, it is a must to have own plastic injection and moulding facitlity. So this is a must for us also.

We have own injection lines for caps, toothbrush, combs or any item made out from injection moulding.

Besides, mini bottles of course is one of the important parts for hospitality needes. We have our own blow moulding lines compatible PE, PVC, PP, PETG plastics. In near future, the PET bottle line will be added to the line to satify our business needs.

Plastic Bag Production Line

Due to large demand of OPP Bag Packaging in our product, we added a Bag Production Line which all us to control the quality and effectively of bag packaging such as OPP, Foil Film bags. 

This Bag Production line inclues Film Lamination, Bag Forming, Bag Cutting, Film Printing etcs.

Printing Line

Our printing line cossists of few parts :

1) Pad Printing - This is an essential prinitng for logos on bottles, on a comb or toothbrush handle or any surface need logos.

We have regular ink pad print , and we have UV printing line as well

2) Offset printing - This is for convenience for paper packaging which need offset printing on the boxes. Besides many labels are      

made in house from this printing line for different production needs.

3) Plastic Film Printing - as a new trend using plastic bags for product pacakaging, so we added a new production line for forming   plastic bag and with muitiple color on film printing.

Slipper Production Line

Slippers is a common items in hotels, as to fulfil the service and quality , as well as a convenience in purchasing to our client, we have wholely owned slipper production line, which able to handle flexible quanity or high volume of slippers orders. 

Our teams and managment on slippers line are well trainned and expertized on slipper cut and sewn and material handling.

Same as other production line, the main benefit from this line is to have full control of quality and the speed of production.

Besides slippers, the cut and sewn part is able to manufacturer accessories such as all types of fabirc bag, shoe mitts etcs.

Slipper Production Line include: Cut & Sewn, Screen Printing, Sole Die Cutting, Embroidery etcs.

Toothbrush Production Line

Toothbrush is a typical item in amenities range, as to have better quality control, we set up our own toohthbrush production line. As a result, from the plastic injection mould, bristle, packaging are all in one produced in house. 

Packaging Line

Packaging is the soul of the whole product. In this line, it is not simple to pack with labor force.

Our pacakgin line includes:

1) The basic manual packaging workshops, which well trained pacakginging staff do final pack of the products which normally automatic machinery wont able to achieve the quality, the complexity and the flexitblity in quantity

2) Pleating Soaps. The lines consists of labor and automatics line for pleating the soaps, so the line can handle different kind of ordering qualities and needs for specific kind of pleating.

3) Flim wraping. We have both options of manual and automatics as well. This will depends on the needs of product appearance and designs as well as ordering quanitty.

4) Box folding, this is a supplementary line in which we have automatic machine for folding paper boxes as well as automatically insert content into boxes.

5) Other packaging not listed as as hotstampling. Specific packaging request are all welcome as long as we can make it.
